Chuchi Arevalo, CFA, CFE

Executive Director
​
Chuchi serves as the Executive Director of Empowering Enrichment. In his role, Chuchi leads the organization’s strategic vision, partnerships and program expansion, ensuring that students in under-resourced schools gain early exposure to essential life skills with a focus on financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Under his leadership, Empowering Enrichment works closely with schools and community partners to deliver programs at no cost to families, prioritizing equity, access and long-term impact.

Chuchi brings more than a decade of experience advancing financial literacy and entrepreneurship education nationwide, as CEO of SPARK business academy, implementing innovative programs at hundreds of high-performing schools across the United States. Before founding SPARK, Chuchi enjoyed a successful career in finance as a Director in PwC’s Financial Services Advisory practice, where he led complex, multi-million-dollar engagements for global financial institutions. He was also a key member of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF), which awarded over $7 billion to victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Chuchi holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BA (Honors) in Economics from the University of West London, England. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

As Executive Director, Chuchi is committed to building sustainable partnerships, strengthening outcomes for students, and advancing Empowering Enrichment’s mission to ensure that financial education is not a privilege, but an opportunity available to all.
Alok Garg
Head, Renewables & Asset Finance, Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Bank

Alok joined Wells Fargo in 2014, where he played a key role in launching the bank’s coverage of the renewables sector and building out its project finance capabilities. He brings more than 25 years of experience working with industry innovators across the renewables and energy transition space. Over the course of his career, Alok has structured and advised on more than 300 transactions, raising over $200 billion in debt and hybrid capital, and earning multiple “Deal of the Year” awards. Prior to Wells Fargo, he spent 12 years at Scotiabank.​
Alok grew up in India and moved to the United States in 1996 to pursue his MBA at Georgetown University, where he received the Dean’s Scholarship. He supports Georgetown through fund-raising, recruiting and mentoring students.
Andrea Nastelli

Dr. Andrea Marconi Nastelli is Doctor of Chiropractic, educator, curriculum developer, and advocate passionate about principled, whole-person healthcare and family empowerment. She serves as a Doctor of Chiropractic while also teaching and developing science-based courses for home-educated students.
​
Andrea integrates her clinical background with a values-driven educational philosophy, emphasizing critical thinking, compassion, stewardship, and informed decision-making. In addition to her work in healthcare and education, she has actively worked with a nonprofit organization since 2015.
​
Above all, Andrea is a devoted wife and mother who thoughtfully weaves together family, faith, learning, and service in both her professional and personal life.
Stuart Levy
Professor of Management, The George Washington University

Stuart Levy, MBA, PhD is an associate teaching professor of management at The George Washington University School of Business. His teaching, consulting, and research expertise involves team building, professional skill building, and customer experience evaluation. Prior to academia, he held management positions in tour operating and digital marketing, and served as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Hospitality and Leisure Practice.
Stuart teaches leadership, entrepreneurship, and event management at GW, and is passionate about experiential education. In 2013, he pioneered a mixed-method experiential approach and framework to evaluate customer experiences. Since then, he has consulted with event, hospitality and tourism destination clients in the United States, Caribbean, Central and South America. Stuart is a faculty advisor for Harvard Business Publishing, offering guidance to faculty worldwide on business simulations, case studies, and professional skill building content. He is a member of the GW Teaching Excellence Task Force and is proud to have received the 2024 Professional Convention Management Association's Lifetime Achievement Educator Award.
