Eligibility

We currently provide our free programs primarily to Title I schools and other underserved schools where students may not have the financial means to register for high-quality enrichment classes during the school year and/or camps during summer, winter, and spring breaks.
Our eligibility criteria are summarized below:
1. High Percentage of Low-Income Students
At least one of the following three statements applies:

The school is designated as a Title I school.

At least 40% of enrolled students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch.

The school serves a community designated as low-income or economically disadvantaged by state or federal guidelines.
2. Public School or Charter School Status

The school must be a public school, charter school, or Title-I eligible school.
3. Grade Levels Served

The school must be an elementary, middle or high school, or serve a combination of grades K-12.
4. Commitment to Program Support

School leadership (Principal, PTA/PTO, parent volunteer, etc.) agrees to support program planning and implementation, including scheduling programs, encouraging student participation, and coordinating logistics with Empowering Enrichment.

Note: While not required, priority will be granted to schools who agree to identify a teacher, assistant, sub, or parent who could be trained, empowered and supported by Empowering Enrichment to lead a program.
5. Alignment With Mission

The school demonstrates interest in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, life skills education, and long-term student empowerment, particularly for underserved populations.
Note: Schools that do not meet all criteria may still be considered and are welcome to inquire to confirm eligibility for our free programs.
